#6 of 2016: This open concept home featured a large living/dining combo. We worked with the homeowner to select several of the finishes including the paint color to set this home up for a speedy sale, then once the renovations were complete, staged the home. #5: We couldn’t leave this one out, it was one of our very own flips! We kept the palete neutral and added pops of green (Patone’s Color of the Year for 2017…guess we were ahead of the curve). This one SOLD with muliple offers.
#4: We loved staging this stately historic home. With open spaces and two, count them, two fireplaces, this space was stunning. SOLD quickly and for top dollar.
#3: Another historic beauty in downtown Columbus! We loved the pocket doors, all that woodwork and the built in. They just don’t make them that way anymore. This one SOLD in72 hours.
#2: This Upper Arlington stunner had great spaces and pieces to work with, we added the finishing touches. This one SOLD for 10s of thousands above ask with 6 offers!
#1: Another historic beauty, we were so pleased with how this one turned out and how the furnishings and accessories perfectly complimented the space. SOLD within 10 days.
