HOW CAN I ENSURE MY HOME PHOTOGRAPHS AND SHOWS WELL?

Home Selling Consultation–

 

-$250 for homes up to 2,500 sq ft

-$400 for homes from 2,500 to 4,000 sq ft

-$600 for homes greater than 4,000 sq ft

This service is perfect for homeowners who are living in their home during the selling process. The consultation includes a thorough home assessment with room-by-room tips, suggestions and strategies to maximize chances for a quick sale at the highest price. Post our meeting, we’ll provide you with an optional comprehensive written report/road map of all the things you’ll want to do to get your home ready to sell.

Occupied Home Staging – Price varies based on plan and size of home After the initial consultation, the professional stagers at Sanctuary Staging can return to your home with a detailed design plan to help emphasize your home’s best features using mainly your furniture and accessories.

How do I best increase my chances for a quick sale at the highest price?

Complete Transformation for New Listings and/or an Open House — $1,500

Want to make the strongest first impression? Our complete home staging package will transform your property into a place that any buyer would love to call home. During our first meeting, we’ll visit your home to develop a detailed action plan, discuss key changes with you (for example, which items to pack safely away prior to staging) and schedule staging time, where we’ll spend approximately 1.5 days transforming your home. This service is for homes up to 2,000 square feet (larger homes may require more time and will be priced accordingly).  Art and accessory rental is not included in this price but can be provided at an additional cost.  To minimize your time on market and maximize your selling price, we recommend that every home go through our complete staging transformation process.

I think my home is pretty close to being ready, so how can I get a little more help?

Staging Report and Walk and Talk — $250 for homes up to 2,500 sq ft, $400 for homes from 2,500 to 4,000 sq ft, $600 for homes greater than 4,000 sq ft

Our Walk and Talk service is for homes that need a little extra direction. We’ll spend several hours with you, walking through your home and providing room by room tips, suggestions and strategies to maximize your chances for a quick sale at the highest price.  Post our meeting, we’ll provide you with a comprehensive written report/road map of all of the things you’ll want to do get your home ready to sell.

REDESIGN SERVICES

I’D LOVE TO TRANSFORM MY HOME. WHERE DO I START?

Consultation – $250 for one hour We will meet with you and discuss your goals for design in your own home, including your personal style, your needs and how you live in your space. We’ll provide recommendations to transform key spaces in your home into rooms you will love. This service includes one design board of your selected room with pictures and recommendations for items to purchase for your home. Additional design boards can be created and available for purchase at $100 per room. We can also provide shopping, in-home installation and styling for full-service redesign.

WHAT SERVICES DO YOU OFFER?

Shopping Services – $75/hour plus the cost of items purchased After working with you on the design, we can also provide shopping services to source just the right items for your space –from furniture to art to accessories, our experience and expertise can save you time and money.

Design Revisions – $50/hour If you’d like to partner to tweak items on the design boards, we are happy to work with you until the final design is just right for you and for your space. If you’d like for us to revisit your home, an additional $100 fee applies.

In–Home Installation – Price varies based on plan and size of home .This service is for those homes that need a little more attention and expertise. We’ll spend time making dramatic transformations to your desired rooms to create the ultimate sanctuary within your home.

Sanctuary Staging and Styling maintains an inventory of beautiful and current accessories and furnishings for rent while your home is on the market or for you to purchase to place in your current home and take with you when you move, at very reasonable prices. We also offer personalized shopping services for staging or redesign, including developing a budget, shopping within that budget and delivering items to your home, for the price of $75 per hour spent.
