#10  This beauty was featured in a fully renovated home in Canal Winchester that we had the pleasure of staging…clean and classic, we loved this one.  In contract in less than 30 days.

#9  A modern take on farmhouse classic – this kitchen featured subway tile, great counters and lots of fun staging touches.  Sold with multiple offers!

#8  Exposed brick is a weakness of ours…love it!  This kitchen had old world charm in spades – from the brick to built ins to the columns on either side of the sink.  Sold for $25K above ask!

#7  Everything about this downtown kitchen worked – from the cabinets to the counters to the fixtures…buyers thought so too.  This one went into contract within days.

#6  This gorgeous fully renovated kitchen just hit the market in Upper Arlington – we can’t wait to see how fast it goes!  We particularly love the floors and beams…we hope buyers do too!

#5  This Upper Arlington kitchen was simply stunning…the back splash, HUGE island and glass front cabinets – love!  Sold within 72 hours for full ask.

#4  This ultra-luxurious kitchen helped to sell this $2.3MM beauty in Columbus.  The team had a blast preparing this one to sell, and sell it did – in contract within 30 days!

#3  Clean, classic and pure – three words that describe this beauty.  In contract within two weeks, buyers really appreciated this kitchen.

#2  High end everything – from professional grade appliances to amazing surfaces to great staging, this kitchen really shines.  Currently on market in Grove City Ohio.

#1  It was so hard to narrow our favorite kitchens of the year to only 10 and even harder to rank them.  By a narrow margin, this kitchen came out on top.  The beautiful color, period fixtures, and functional layout were not only appreciated by us – this home generated a ton of interest and quickly went to a cash buyer.

And next up in our series of favorites, let’s take a look back at some of our favorite living rooms that we had the opportunity to stage in Central Ohio throughout the year.  Even though we have a few more houses to stage, each of these living rooms holds a special place in our hearts and it would be difficult to unseat them from our Top 10 list.

Let’s start with #10 – sometimes small is really special, and this Hilltop home certainly was.  This home was on the market for nearly 8 months prior to being staged, and post staging, it went into contract in two weeks!  Staging works!  Using our extensive inventory, we were able to perfectly coordinate with the fireplace and help this home show beautifully.

#9 is another great home, this time in Downtown Columbus.  Fully renovated and flawlessly staged, this one also went into contact within two weeks.  We love how the use of just a touch of yellow created a perfect pop of color.

#8 Staging long on E Long…so we have to say, sometimes living room layouts vex even us, and this living room was tricky.  Long and very narrow, traditional layouts just didn’t work here, so we created two seating areas to showcase the room’s size…it must have worked, because this one went to a cash buyer in days!

#7 Fun and just a little funky in Dublin Ohio…this open living room space called for something just a little different. Playing on neutrals, we created a warm and memorable first impression for buyers…this one went into contract during its first and only weekend on market over ask.

#6 Staging for an older demographic…this Epcon Communities condo was the perfect opportunity to show that the senior years can be stylish years.  This one is still available in Grove City.

#5 One of our favorite rugs made a repeat appearance in this Downtown beauty.  Sold in less than 30 days, we loved all of the historic features of this home, and buyers did too!  We added a little modern twist to create a memorable space.

#4 Classically styled, this beautiful living in on Bell Classic in Grove City is a winner!  From the calming palette to the inviting textures, this living room is warm and welcoming.  This one is still available to one lucky buyer!

#3 Oh how we loved pulling together an eclectic mix of furnishings and decor in this fully renovated beauty in Upper Arlington.  This luxury home just hit the market and we are sure it is going to go fast.

#2 This beautiful million dollar homestead in Dublin Ohio was one of the most unique properties we’ve staged.  From the historic farmhouse to a party and car barn to top all barns, all situated on a stunning lot in Dublin, we definitely experienced property envy.  After months on the market, post staging this, home landed a new occupant in 30 days.

#1 What can we say about this one?  We think the pics really speak for themselves on this luxury listing in Highland Lakes in Westerville.  Gorgeous surfaces and colors combined with just the right furniture, art and accessories to sell this home in less than 30 days.  Enjoy!

It’s that time of year where we reflect back on all we’ve done.  It’s been a terrific year for Sanctuary as we continued to help home owners, realtors and investors sell their homes for top dollar.  With all of the listings we’ve staged this year, we increased our total listings staged over our years in business to well over $18.8 million dollars…and the year’s not over yet!

With this post we’ll walk down memory lane as we revisit our favorite entry ways from 2017…starting with #5.

Oh, how we love this one…from the beams to the door, to the eclectic mix of furniture, art and accessories, this entry sets the tone for the experience that follows.  This one hasn’t even hit the market yet, but we are sure once it does, buyers will snap it up!

The year isn’t over yet, and we still have more stagings to perform…will these remain our top 5?  Time will tell!

This week we are featuring a little gem that one of our repeat clients fully renovated on Templeton.  This home features all new surfaces, a partially finished basement, 3 great bedrooms and a kitchen perfect for a family meal.  Enjoy the photos.

The Sanctuary team recently had the opportunity to stage a brand new, gorgeous condo in the Courtyards on Hoover, an Epcon Community.  The layout and attention to detail in this condo were second to none.  We loved using the open spaces to create several spaces including an inviting living/dining area, a master retreat and the cutest kids room, perfect for when the grandkids come to visit.  Enjoy the photos!

We LOVED staging this modern farmhouse in Upper Arlington and can’t wait for it to hit the market.  We went with an eclectic vibe for this one.  From the amazing beams in the foyer to the expansive open kitchen to a dreamy master suite, this completely renovated beauty has it all.  We also debuted one of our new themed kids rooms, equestrian, as well.  Looking forward to seeing how fast this one goes!

The Highland Lakes area in Westerville is one of our favorites to work in.  Beautiful homes, close to everything in case we need to run out for one more pillow(!) and only 12 minutes from our warehouse.  Our newest client and realtor, Alecia Godfrey, loves it too.  She and her family not only live there, but also fully renovated a home in the same neighborhood.  We were honored when she selected Sanctuary to stage that home.   The material selections and layout was amazing, and staging really helped to highlight that.  Some of our favorite areas of the home include a gorgeous kitchen that opens to a stunning great room, a beautiful master retreat and two of the cutest kids rooms ever!  Here are the pics!

Wow! Busy week this past week, with 2 stagings and 3 destagings!  We wanted to give you a sneak peak at one of our stagings, even before it hits the market.  We loved working in this gorgeous fully renovated home in downtown Columbus Ohio for one of our repeat investor clients.  With a nod to the past and lots of updated details, this home is a stunner!  It’s tough to say what our favorite room is – from the living room to the 3rd floor bonus space to the master to the little boys (fireman!) bedroom, we are so happy with how this turned out!  And our client is too.
