The busy season is upon us and we are admittedly a bit behind on blogging! A recent stage took us to a gorgeous cul-de-sac in Dublin, Ohio. Although we specialize in vacant stages where we bring every single piece of furniture and accessory into a space, we also stage occupied homes, where the homeowners are still living in the space until it sells. In this particular home, we were able to add a few pieces of Sanctuary Staging’s inventory to some of the owners’ existing pieces.  Our talented stager team then worked their magic to tie it all together, and VOILA! Ready for market. This home was successfully listed by Young Shin-Mouck with Red 1 Realty, photographed by JPG Media, and in contract in 4 days!

Our latest stage brought us to a gorgeous remote home in Delaware in the coveted Wingate Farms neighborhood.  Multiple stone fireplaces made us want to curl up with a blanket on the sofa, and the master balcony had us imagining sitting outside drinking a cup of coffee before the day started.  This house with fantastic 360 degree views made us feel right at home, and we have a feeling that buyers are going to feel the same way.

Our latest stage brought us to Merion Village, just south of downtown Columbus.  This area of town is home to so many renowned restaurants & shops with Schiller Park also within walking distance.

This home’s front porch overlooked the brick roads synonymous with German Village/Merion Village, and also had a beautiful back patio.  One of our favorite features of the home was the gorgeous renovated kitchen with sliding doors to this gorgeous stone back patio.  The kitchen also boasted new quartz countertops, a bar area and countertops galore.  It’s the perfect space for entertaining.  We brought the greens in from the exterior and we are so happy with the final product.  We are confident that buyers are going to love it!

 

Our recent stage took us to Tartan West (Dublin, Ohio) where this gorgeous old-world home was ready for its new buyer.  This listing boasted a main level open living space and soaring windows that let in the natural light and showed off gorgeous backyard views, not to mention the executive style office with built-ins and ample storage space.  The lower level had its own walkout to the wooded yard, a separate living space, and two bedroom suites with their own bathrooms and walk-in closets.

This home sat empty on the market for most of 2018 with no movement, so we were contacted to stage it before it was relisted in 2019.  We staged the home from top to bottom and made a few strategic fixture adjustments, and are proud to say that this home was in contract after 2 weeks of being staged.  Another wonderful collaboration with Realtor Andrew Robinson of RE/Max Achievers, JPG Media and Sanctuary Staging.  Enjoy the photos!

 

Our next stage took us away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Columbus and out into the Dublin suburbs with views to open fields.  This home’s interior was completely renovated from top to bottom, and we were so impressed with the selections!  A few new pieces from our inventory were the key to tying everything together and we are excited to see how quickly this one flies off of the market.  This home had 6 (yes 6!) bedrooms, two living spaces and a master flex room that we made as a cozy escape, complete with a chaise, chair and TV.  Enjoy the photos!

A recent stage took us near downtown in Bexley, Ohio.  This 4-bedroom home was packed with personality, and we especially fell in love with the family room, wet bar and outdoor patios.  What a place to entertain!  Enjoy the photos.

Our recent stage took us to the center of Columbus in the Grandview Heights neighborhood.  This home was the epitome of modern and current, and we wanted to do it justice by bringing in those exact styles to match the home.   We brought in blacks, browns and whites to create the popular Scandinavian style throughout the home.  We were “oohing” and “awing” as we turned every corner of the house.  We couldn’t decide what our favorite space was:  the kitchen/living combo with the gorgeous wood floors, the massive island, the dining room light fixtures (any of the light fixtures for that matter!), or the spacious master bedroom next to the laundry.  We cannot wait to see buyers’ reactions to this gorgeous property – enjoy the photos!

 

Another Muirfield Village home on the market, and we were so thrilled to stage it!  Boasting 3 levels of space, we brought in dark blues and aquas to the neutral gray palette and we couldn’t wait until buyers saw it.  We especially love the built-ins in the home office and great room, and that whitewashed fireplace in the great room takes the cake.  We also debuted a safari-themed in nursery (our first nursery!) off of the massive master suite.  Buyers are going to see so much space in this coveted neighborhood.  This home sat on the market for seven months with no contract.  Once it was staged, it was in contract within 5 days.  That’s the power of staging!

Our first stage of 2019 took us to the coveted Highland Lakes neighborhood in Westerville.  This 4-bedroom home right next to a walking path has all the conveniences packed into one house.  Some of our favorite features include the double master walk-in closet along with the multiple living and dining spaces.  We also debuted our circus-themed kid’s bedroom – how fun is that?!  We have a feeling this one will sell fast!  All photos of this beauty are by Columbus Pics.  Enjoy!

Our final project of 2018 took us to a downtown home transformed into an AirBnb.  This home had three stories of surprises, including a home bar and one of the neatest open-concept master suites we’ve seen.  We brought in modern furniture and accessories to blend with historic home’s features.  What a way to finish the year!
