Staging takes us all over town – from Grove City to Delaware, Dublin to Gahanna, Downtown to Uptown and everything in between, you name it and if it’s in Central Ohio, chances are we’ve staged there.  But it’s always nice to be able to stage in our own community in Sunbury Ohio.  We had the pleasure of working with a new client in our hometown to transform their vacant former rental property into a beautiful home for sale.  We staged every bit of this home, and even ran into a first…a bedroom/bathroom combo?!?  Yep, if you scroll through the photos, that’s a bathroom inside of a bedroom.  Our solution?  Turn it into a selling feature by making it a fun and cozy workout/meditation room with yoga mat, exercise ball and a daybed for guests or for sinking into after a long workout!   Guess the exercise room worked – this home is in contract!

We love working in freshly renovated spaces, and this home in Canal Winchester is no exception!  Working once again with clients of Sam Cooper (who just happens to be in the top 1% of central Ohio realtors), we helped this beautiful home come to life with staging.

We were so excited to work with one of our favorite clients, the Bomgardners, on their most recent renovation!  This Reynoldsburg beauty was completely redone from top to bottom, with beautiful finishes throughout.  Staged gave each of the spaces additional visual interest and meaning.  This one sold with multiple offers over ask.  Yay!

The second we walked into this home, we fell in love!  With staging each of the spaces truly came alive.  From the glorious kitchen (with attached butler’s pantry), to the large bonus room, to an absolutely amazing master bath…this home is a stunner.  We are looking forward to seeing it sell soon!

A few weeks ago we found ourselves downtown again with another historic stunner.  All staged to sell, this beauty went into contract hours after it went on market.  We loved the natural light, gorgeous windows, beautiful woodwork and the fully renovated kitchen and baths.  Enjoy the pics!

As flippers ourselves, we love staging flips – it’s always so fun seeing what other investors do with their homes.  This one, on the north side of Columbus was no exception.  Our client created a highly affordable, yet lovely home, perfect for a first time home buyer or young family.  We brought in fun and colorful furnishings, art and accessories to appeal to the demographic and know that this home will sell strong.  Here are a few pics we quickly snapped when we wrapped things up.  Looking forward to seeing this one hit the MLS soon.

 

We’ve staged everything from 5000 sq ft down to 1000 and I have to say, sometimes the smallest homes turn out the prettiest.  This one is no exception.  Located near downtown, in a pocket of historic homes, this charmer was so much fun to stage.  Hoping for a fast sale!
