Staging Galena Round 2

Galena just got a little more beautiful…with our second staging in the area over the past couple of weeks.  We, along with the homeowners, are so happy with how this one turned out!  This stunning large home is perfect for a big family, and has one of the best layouts we’ve seen.  With multiple staircases, a huge mudroom, big playroom, massive master suite and a soaring great room, this home had the entire Sanctuary team wanting to personally move in.  At just over $650K, this home is an investment, but is one that will pay off in years of enjoyment for lucky buyers.  Lots of photos below!

Gorgeous in Galena!

Sanctuary has had the opportunity to stage not only one home in Galena over the past couple of weeks, but two!  The one we are featuring this week is a fully renovated ranch home on an acre in Galena, away from the hustle and bustle, but still close to all of the conveniences that families need.  The kitchen is beautiful, the baths are well planned, and the finished basement…wow!  Looking forward to seeing this one go into contract soon.

Modern meets historic in downtown Columbus

We have a thing for historic homes…but we also love a cool modern vibe…rarely do they meet.  This gorgeous home, just steps from Schiller Park near German Village, was the perfect blend of both.  With stylish paint colors, hardwood flooring, stunning light fixtures and beautiful built ins, this home has it all.  Unfortunately, this home has been on the market for months vacant before the owners contacted Sanctuary.  Now, it shows like a model, and we are sure buyers will agree.  We are looking forward to seeing how quickly this one sells!

Staging Grandview to Sell

At Sanctuary, we stage from large to small…in fact, sometimes the smallest homes benefit from staging the most.  This cozy charmer in Grandview was no exception.  At just over 1000 sq feet, we used perfectly scaled furnishings and accessories to help this home shine.  And shine it did, garnering one of the highest prices per sq ft we’ve seen.  In contract in less than 7 days.

Old Towne East Success!

Our Sanctuary team loves working in historic beauties, and this one was no exception.  Located near the intersection of Morrison and Bryden, we knew this stately home would draw a lot of attention fast.  The home received a strong offer within hours of going on market, and was in contract in 48 hours.  Success!
