Top 6 Central Ohio living rooms of 2016

It’s hard to believe that there are only a few weeks left in 2016!  We’ve had the honor of working with so many great clients and in so many terrific homes this year and thought it would be fun to take a few minutes to reflect on some of our favorite spaces in 2016.  First up, living rooms…which create the first impression and set the tone for the entire home.  So, without further ado, let’s take a look at the top 5, no, wait, the top 6, of 2016.

#6 in 2016:  This Croton/Johnstown area home was one of our very own flips.  Sold with multiple offers, we couldn’t have been more pleased with how it turned out.

#5 in 2016:  This Dublin area open concept home was so fun to stage.  Terrific clients, great home and excellent results – this one went with multiple offers in 24 hours…yay!

#4 in 2016:  We loved the fireplace in this downtown Columbus beauty.  The furnishings and art we selected to stage the home perfectly complimented the space, and help to lead to a strong sale.

#3 in 2016:  We love staging historic homes, and this one was no exception.  Located in downtown Columbus, this beauty sold quickly!

#2 in 2016:   This Upper Arlington living room helped this home to sell for top dollar…and by that I mean 6 offers within 24 hours and a sale 10s of thousands above ask!

#1 in 2016:  And now, for our favorite living room of 2016…this luxury living stunner in Powell Ohio!  This one was just listed and we are sure it will sell fast.
