And next up in our series of favorites, let’s take a look back at some of our favorite living rooms that we had the opportunity to stage in Central Ohio throughout the year. Even though we have a few more houses to stage, each of these living rooms holds a special place in our hearts and it would be difficult to unseat them from our Top 10 list.
Let’s start with #10 – sometimes small is really special, and this Hilltop home certainly was. This home was on the market for nearly 8 months prior to being staged, and post staging, it went into contract in two weeks! Staging works! Using our extensive inventory, we were able to perfectly coordinate with the fireplace and help this home show beautifully.
#9 is another great home, this time in Downtown Columbus. Fully renovated and flawlessly staged, this one also went into contact within two weeks. We love how the use of just a touch of yellow created a perfect pop of color.
#8 Staging long on E Long…so we have to say, sometimes living room layouts vex even us, and this living room was tricky. Long and very narrow, traditional layouts just didn’t work here, so we created two seating areas to showcase the room’s size…it must have worked, because this one went to a cash buyer in days!
#7 Fun and just a little funky in Dublin Ohio…this open living room space called for something just a little different. Playing on neutrals, we created a warm and memorable first impression for buyers…this one went into contract during its first and only weekend on market over ask.
#6 Staging for an older demographic…this Epcon Communities condo was the perfect opportunity to show that the senior years can be stylish years. This one is still available in Grove City.
#5 One of our favorite rugs made a repeat appearance in this Downtown beauty. Sold in less than 30 days, we loved all of the historic features of this home, and buyers did too! We added a little modern twist to create a memorable space.
#4 Classically styled, this beautiful living in on Bell Classic in Grove City is a winner! From the calming palette to the inviting textures, this living room is warm and welcoming. This one is still available to one lucky buyer!
#3 Oh how we loved pulling together an eclectic mix of furnishings and decor in this fully renovated beauty in Upper Arlington. This luxury home just hit the market and we are sure it is going to go fast.
#2 This beautiful million dollar homestead in Dublin Ohio was one of the most unique properties we’ve staged. From the historic farmhouse to a party and car barn to top all barns, all situated on a stunning lot in Dublin, we definitely experienced property envy. After months on the market, post staging this, home landed a new occupant in 30 days.
#1 What can we say about this one? We think the pics really speak for themselves on this luxury listing in Highland Lakes in Westerville. Gorgeous surfaces and colors combined with just the right furniture, art and accessories to sell this home in less than 30 days. Enjoy!
