How do I best increase my chances for a quick sale at the highest price?

Complete Transformation for New Listings and/or an Open House — $1,400

Want to make the strongest first impression? Our complete home staging package will transform your property into a place that any buyer would love to call home. During our first meeting, I’ll visit your home to develop a detailed action plan, discuss key changes with you (for example, which items to pack safely away prior to staging) and schedule staging time, where I’ll spend approximately 1.5 days transforming your home. In addition, if you are planning an open house, I will attend, observe the reactions of potential buyers and provide you with unfiltered feedback. This service is for homes up to 2,000 square feet (larger homes may require more time and will be priced accordingly) and also includes a $200 credit toward shopping services or accessory rental/purchases of items in our Sanctuary inventory. To minimize your time on market and maximize your selling price, we recommend that every home go through our complete staging transformation process.

Can I work side by side with you to get my home ready?

Half Day of Home Staging — $450

In this consultation, I will work side by side with you to begin to make dramatic transformations to the main areas of the home. We will bring in accessories to complete the look of each room and give you a visual of what to rent or purchase to update each room of the home. We’ll stop just short of our half day in order to assess our progress. We’ll then go through the home with you and fill out our Sanctuary Staging Action Plan, so you can complete the look on your own.  This service is for those homes that just need a little extra attention and expertise or are less than 2,000 square feet.

Full Day of Home Staging — $750

You won’t believe the difference a day can make! We will spend a full day making dramatic transformations to your home, making it ready for buyers to fall in love! Just like our half day service, we will bring in accessories to complete the look of each room and give you a visual of what to rent or purchase to update each room of the home. We’ll stop just short of our full day in order to assess our progress. We’ll then go through the home with you and fill out our Sanctuary Staging Action Plan, so you can complete the look on your own.  This service is for those homes that need a little more attention and expertise or are over 2,000 square feet.

I think my home is pretty close to being ready, so how can I get a little more help?

Staging Report and Walk and Talk — $250

Our Walk and Talk service is for homes that need a little extra direction. I’ll spend about 1 to 2 hours with you, walking through your home and providing room by room tips, suggestions and strategies to maximize your chances for a quick sale at the highest price.  We’ll provide you with a comprehensive road map of all of the things you’ll want to do get your home ready to sell.  If, after our Walk and Talk, you’d like to do more, I’ll provide you with a $50 credit towards our half day, full day or complete package services.

Can I purchase or rent accessories or furniture from you?

Sanctuary Staging and Styling maintains an inventory of beautiful and current accessories and furnishings for rent while your home is on the market or for you to purchase to place in your current home and take with you when you move, at very reasonable prices. We also offer personalized shopping services for staging or redesign, including developing a budget, shopping within that budget and delivering items to your home, for the price of $75 per hour spent.  In addition, we also have relationships with other furniture rental companies to meet all of your furniture and décor needs.  Call us or email us today to learn more.
